Return Policy

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used. For the same reasons, we do not accept returns on nail polish, makeup or hair products. Returns are accepted as a CREDIT on unopened, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase (with the exception of nail polish, makeup, and hair products). *Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order totaled more than $150 CDN and we paid the shipping charge, that shipping charge will be deducted from your CREDIT amount. Orders canceled after 48 hours will be issued as a credit NOT a refund.
We will replace any defective item as well as any item damaged during shipment once the item has been returned to us. Damaged items must be returned to us in the original package with original packing materials. We will provide you with a postage-paid return label from Canada Post. We will not reimburse shipping costs if sent without our return label. *Any complaint regarding your delivered order (missing product, incorrect product, damage etc.) must be made within 3 days of receipt of the parcel. If you experience an allergic reaction to any product this must be reported within 48 hours of use. We will provide an EXCHANGE or CREDIT for the individual product if an allergic reaction has been confirmed. Please note that a doctor's note and or photos may be required.
