Loyalty Program Details

European Day Spa is proud to offer a loyalty program in spa and online for all purchases. Essentially you get 1 point for every $1 that you spend. To redeem, once you have 100 points then you receive $2.50 as a rebate on your future purchase. During the checkout process, you will receive a message asking you if you want to redeem your points at this time once you have accumulated enough points.

European Day Spa offers additional points in the following manner:

  • Sign up for an account (5 points)
  • Adding a product review (2 points)
  • Special monthly promotions – sign up for our emails to stay in the loop

Points earned online are separate from those points in spa. We have two different systems managing the accumulation of points. Please speak to our management by calling the spa if you have any questions at 1-855-252-5599.

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used. For the same reasons, we do not accept returns on nail polish, makeup or hair products. Returns are accepted as a CREDIT on unopened, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase (with the exception of nail polish, makeup, and hair products). *Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order totaled more than $150 CDN and we paid the shipping charge, that shipping charge will be deducted from your CREDIT amount.

Orders canceled after 48 hours will be issued as a credit NOT a refund.

Discount codes are limited to one per order. Facebook coupons are limited to one use per customer.

We will replace any defective item as well as any item damaged during shipment once the item has been returned to us. Damaged items must be returned to us in the original package with original packing materials. We will provide you with a postage-paid return label from Canada Post. We will not reimburse shipping costs if sent without our return label. *Any complaint regarding your delivered order (missing product, incorrect product, damage etc.) must be made within 3 days of receipt of the parcel. We will also need a picture to verify the situation at hand. Please email the picture to us at store@europeandayspa.ca

If you experience an allergic reaction to any product this must be reported within 48 hours of use. We will provide an EXCHANGE or CREDIT for the individual product if an allergic reaction has been confirmed. Please note that a doctor’s note and or photos may be required. Information listed about the products on this website is based on information provided from the individual product manufacturer. Any claims and suggestions on europeandayspa.ca are supplied as informative and are in no way meant to replace the advice of a physician.

These offers are only available while quantities last. One gift per order and not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Not available on previous purchases. European Day Spa has the right to make substitutions to the offer at any time and to remove the free gift from any disqualified orders.

This database is used for shipping, credit card processing and marketing targeting purposes. We do not disclose your personal information unless required by law. The European Day Spa only ships products to Canada.

Prices / Currencies

All shown prices are in Canadian. However, regardless of your location and currency that you are shopping in, your VISA/MC account will be charged in your currency converted into Canadian Dollars.

Taxes on Products

HST applies to purchases made by residents of BC, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. Other Canadian provinces pay only GST. Neither tax applies to purchases made by international residents or US.

Duties

International customers from outside of Canada will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. If you refuse the items at the time of delivery you will still be charged for the shipping and the return charges. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for information about any duty and taxes that may be added.

Unclaimed Packages

All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any “return way” shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the parcel. If the client paid any shipping costs, those costs will be deducted from any additional charges. We will contact you if your unclaimed package returns to us. There are no restocking charges for unclaimed parcels. If you would like the order to be re-shipped, standard shipping rates for your destination will be charged.
